ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Accurately maintain complex records
- Type general office forms and indexes
- Enter and scan data into computer
- Convey information objectively
- Administer Oaths
- File, retrieve and track files by name and number accurately
- Receive and record money transaction
- Demonstrate initiative in assistance in all areas of the office when needed, after assigned tasks are complete
- Work with speed and accuracy
- Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Communicate effectively and convey information objectively with the general public, attorneys, court and government officials
- Know general office procedures and have a working knowledge of computer applications
- Work without constant supervision
- Work successfully in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Willing to work every day, and be ready to open for business by the appropriate time
- Interacts and communicates in writing, by telephone and in person with auto dealers, financial institutions and the general public regarding Certificate of Title matters and information
- Must be customer friendly oriented

Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, and listening.
