Online Sheriff Sales
The Sheriff's Office is issued orders of sales from the Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
These sales are advertised in the Times Bulletin Newspaper and are also updated on this website. Prior to the sale, most properties are appraised from the outside only.
It’s important to realize we are selling the house per court orders and we do not have keys, nor can we give you any rights to tour the house before a potential buy.
Terms of sale are as follows:
All third party purchases shall make down payments as follows:
|If the appraised value of the property is:|
|</=$10,000.00||Deposit of $2,000.00|
|>/=$10,000.00</=$200,000.00||Deposit of $5,000.00|
